I am asked every day, "What can I do to make my business grow?"  So here it is again:

I was going through some old files and saw a file that answers the questions new bounty hunter often ask me, which is how do I get started and what do I need to do to get started?  So I figured I would throw the answer up on my new blog.  Here goes!............

Getting Started Immediately! 7 Days to Power Team Leader

Typically, people who get started with fast with massive amounts of consistent action go on to build a long lasting successful business.

1.  Follow What Works
Getting Started Right is critical to the long term success of your organization. Please follow the proven system that has allowed so many of our team members to experience incredible results faster in their business. This business is all about duplication. As you build your team by following this system, your goal is to teach every agent that you enroll to do the same. If you violate these simple laws of duplication it will cost you time as well as money!

2.  Start Your List
What 50 people do you have the best relationship with?
They can be local or not, but don’t prejudge. Simply write their name and number down on your list.
Then contact and invite them to your bounty hunting opportunity.
Studies show that individuals that lead with our exciting
Referral opportunity usually build deeper, more active organizations which result in long-term residual income.  When you approach from this perspective, what usually happens is you will get a few that will take advantage of some our services like deep hotel discount rates, others will become good retail customers and buy items from BEN’s Supply Room. Some just won’t be interested in anything, while a few will see the BIGGER picture and get excited about the entire BEN opportunity.  Below are a few suggestions of ways to contact and invite:

      1. “You know _______ you have a great personality and      I’m looking for a few key players to expand my
      business in (whatever city they’re in). Do you know
      anybody that would be interested in earning a very
      lucrative income?

      2. Would you know anyone who might be interested in an interview? If so,
       May I arrange it so that my company sends you a nice thank-you check for the referral?

3rd Massive Daily Action
The biggest reason people fail at anything is that they never start taking action. The first 90 days in a new business is critical and will usually set the tone for the success most people will have. If they get off to a good start, they increase their chance of success. Plug into the training provided here, by myself and the entire BEN Support Team. Continually striving to be the best, is how you become the best. Go for it! (if you have already been in the business for 90 days - let's just start again as if today was your First day !)

After 50 years, Boys Ranch could close

The first thing that came to my mind when I heard report of the possibility of
The Judge Riddel camp closing, is that I need to pick up the pace on the development
of Camp BEN KORP (Kids On the Right Path)!  Although I don't wish any adversity
for the Riddel Ranch, if Sedgwick County does plan to close it would create a huge void
in available successful programs that reach out to our troubled youths and truly make a positive impact
on them.

As a former native of the Wichita, Kansas community, I grew up spending Summers at Lake Afton and like
others always wondered what exactly went on on the other side of that fence.   Heck, at times, my curiosity almost got the best of me and I almost got the chance to see first hand exactly what took place on the other side.
 I just gave you that totally useless piece of information to say that 50 years is a long time without change.  Maybe it's time to pass the torch, while all the while continuing on with the same tradition of reaching out to our
youths and making a difference in their lives.

Camp BEN KORP is gearing up to accept hand off, should that day in August come.  Camp KORP, as all of us BEN members like to call it, will take that 50 year old tradition and use it to build off of, while incorporate a few simple yet invigorating techniques to truly be a positive influence in youths from all walks of life.  In contrast of Riddel, Camp KORP's primary focus is to be accomplished through a proactive approach opposed to getting youths after they have already been introduced to the court system. The four corner stones of Camp KORP are as follows:

1. Introduce children and adults to God and Jesus.

2. Use the natural setting and the retreat approach to focus on a decision for Christ.

3. Advance Jesus’ Kingdom through a positive outdoor camping environment.

4. Be the training model and outreach source for‘troubled’ children before

    they become part of the court system.

The Bounty Hunter Conspiracy

In this report I will show you how to get work as a beginning bounty hunter.

First, let's clarify, when we say work, it means just that, it is going to be

work.  What it’s not, is, calling a bondsman and he jumps for joy while he put a

check with your name on it in the mail for you.

When I got started I in the bail enforcement industry, I swear I heard every excuse

there is in the book.  Everything from "I do my own pick- ups" to "I never have skips",

to "you cant pick people up....it's illegal".   I'm telling you, I have heard it all.

And the funny thing is, 17 years later, bondsman are still using the same tired lines

when beginning bounty hunters approach them.

Well if you are a new bounty hunter and your hearing the same thing when you approach

bail bondsmen, I'm here to tell you this....It's NOT TRUE!  You can be a bounty hunter

and get the work, even from the guys that denied you before and here's how:

1. First you have to understand that it is rare in any situation for a total stranger

   to simply give another stranger something of value without receiving something of equal

   benefit or value in return.

2. Next, most reputable bail bondsmen understand the liability and risk (both financial and

   physical) involved in hiring a bounty hunter to work on their behalf.  You have to position

   yourself in such a way that will make the bondsman want to hire you.

3. You have to display to your potential client that you have the capability and ability to

   successfully complete the job.

These 3 steps when executed correctly will ensure your success.  The experts not only don't

want you to know this, but they refuse to show you how.

Inherent in the misconception of the question is that beginners think and expect 'work' to be GIVEN to 
them.   Nothing in business is simply GIVEN without something else being given in exchange.  For example,
(a bondsman will not give you work unless he feels there is some type of mutual exchange).  This tip is covered in detail in the Bounty Hunter Manifesto.
