I am asked every day, "What can I do to make my business grow?"  So here it is again:

I was going through some old files and saw a file that answers the questions new bounty hunter often ask me, which is how do I get started and what do I need to do to get started?  So I figured I would throw the answer up on my new blog.  Here goes!............

Typically, people who get started with fast with massive amounts of consistent action go on to build a long lasting successful business.

1.  Follow What Works
Getting Started Right is critical to the long term success of your organization. Please follow the proven system that has allowed so many of our team members to experience incredible results faster in their business. This business is all about duplication. As you build your team by following this system, your goal is to teach every agent that you enroll to do the same. If you violate these simple laws of duplication it will cost you time as well as money!

2.  Start Your List
What 50 people do you have the best relationship with?
They can be local or not, but don’t prejudge. Simply write their name and number down on your list.
Then contact and invite them to your bounty hunting opportunity.
Studies show that individuals that lead with our exciting
Referral opportunity usually build deeper, more active organizations which result in long-term residual income.  When you approach from this perspective, what usually happens is you will get a few that will take advantage of some our services like deep hotel discount rates, others will become good retail customers and buy items from BEN’s Supply Room. Some just won’t be interested in anything, while a few will see the BIGGER picture and get excited about the entire BEN opportunity.  Below are a few suggestions of ways to contact and invite:

      1. “You know _______ you have a great personality and      I’m looking for a few key players to expand my
      business in (whatever city they’re in). Do you know
      anybody that would be interested in earning a very
      lucrative income?

      2. Would you know anyone who might be interested in an interview? If so,
       May I arrange it so that my company sends you a nice thank-you check for the referral?

3rd Massive Daily Action
The biggest reason people fail at anything is that they never start taking action. The first 90 days in a new business is critical and will usually set the tone for the success most people will have. If they get off to a good start, they increase their chance of success. Plug into the training provided here, by myself and the entire BEN Support Team. Continually striving to be the best, is how you become the best. Go for it! (if you have already been in the business for 90 days - let's just start again as if today was your First day !)
